The number posted above does not belong to KFC! They have confirmed to me that only Jumia handles their deliveries. Please be warned. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.
I called this number last night and ordered a family bucket of chicken. I was given an account number to pay and wait for delivery. The account name was Suleman Zekeri. I paid and the delivery never came. It took several calls to this person for me to realize I had been conned. He kept saying the driver was on his way. Please people beware.
I just called this number posted here to place an order at 7:55am. The guy asked me where I was the Abuja and I told him Wuse 2. The next thing I noticed was that the line went off.
I called back thinking it was network and I told him he hadn’t finished taking my order but he rudely told me to go to their office to place my order and hung up. I called back and he said” Madam what is your problem?You are at Wuse 2 and you cannot walk down to our shop.” I told him that I was at a side not close to their office. I told him he was addressing me rudely”. He hung up on me again.Biko nu which kind thing is this?
KFC just take down this line or change the staff that handles it because he is an unruly and disgruntled fellow. He is not representing your organization well.
For goodness sake, KFC you are too big not to have a functional contact phone number. The number you have here is not yours. Haba!!!!
