I recently visited Magrellos in Ogudu and the lady (Biola) at the finger foods/small chops section is arrogant and rude. She doesn't have courtesy and thinks her size makes her Lord everyone. She needs to hang her Apron and net if she thinks the work is beneath her. Imagine her hissing at me for telling her not to use the gloved hands she used to serve the bean cake to take the money she was to give as change.
Cleanliness is zero as far as I am concerned at this restaurant and the people have poor customer service ethos.
It is also a pity that the owner of Magrellos does not monitor her business and the manager at the Ogudu branch does not have control and authority over the workers.
