Relaxed ambiance and lovely decor at Tulip Bistro. I'm hoping it was because they had just opened when we got there but they told us they didn't have rice and that it would take like 40 minutes to prepare. Huh? There were other items on the menu that they didn't have that day or they claimed it would take like an hour to make. The items we did get were good (steak and burger sliders) and the drinks were delicious! We would go back but they need to work on service.

Great selection of ice cream flavors! Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the cupcakes. They were pretty dry and the icing was pretty bland. They need to work on customer service as well, It took like 20 minutes for one crepe to come out! I agree with the reviewer below that they definitely need better takeaway boxes.
