Sooyah Bistro (Lagoon Mall) is a the modern suya experience. We are here to reimagine the suya experience. We love suya in the traditional sense- skewered, peppered, grilled, cut, and wrapped up by your experienced Mallam in your local suya spot. Yes, we are here for the tradition and we are simply adding a layer on top i.e innovative suya dishes.

We are imagining the unique, tasty ways everyone can enjoy eating suya and we are serving it in a fun, relaxed environment. Mallams, cooks, simple suya, bistro suya, modern, tradition...all join...leggo!
