I bought 4 Shawama from you store on the 25/2/2022, I was debited but your pos machine declined it,so I used another ATM card to pay for the Shawama that day . Have gone back to my bank several time to claim my money , they told me that the transaction was successful that very day. Have seen you attandant at the ebano supermarket, he said he can't do anything about that.
The total money is #8400
My bank said you should check you bank statement that you will see it there
Please help me out

The absolute worst experience! The shawarma was tiny, the beef was smelly and rotten. Called to complain and the response was very nonchalant and unreasonable. The manager/owner ended up yelling at me over the phone. The quality has clearly gone down the drain. Will NOT RECOMMEND, EXCEPT YOU ENJOY FOOD POISONING
Order was wrong. It took over two hours to be delivered when the distance between here and there is about 20 minutes. Would not recommend
Truth be told Titto's shawarma is the GTbank of shawarma seller, they are the numero uno when it comes to consistency, and what most people don't know is they make the shawarma to your taste if you request.
Once I collect salary, the first thing I get for myself on my way home is Titto's shawarma, it has become a tradition already.

Bad experience this das with titto. The plantain was horrible. Badly prepared. The Ram suya was not it. Badly seasoned. It taste plastics. What a horrible experience. My 14 years old boy could help it. In his statements "Dad I will never taste suya and plantain again" it was a bad evening that I experienced this Sunday 27/10/2019. This is not the Titto of then in Ebeano.
Gosh. The sharwama was wow 😱.
The suasages,chicken even Suya in one shawarma. Oh gosh and the sauce was 👌.
The first time I tasted Tito's shawarma, that was it for me. It was simply amazing. The nicely mixed cream, the hot sauce which makes all the difference for me. The experience gets better everytime. Well for me it's Tito's all the way.
