I love Chinese food with a burning passion and Ying Ying is one of my favorite spots due to convenience but lately its been missing the bar. I ordered food at around 4 pm and got it nearly an hour and a half later, which i would be fine with if my address wasn't only a 10 minute drive from their circle mall branch. The driver finally pulled up at around 5:20 or so and handed me my food. My bill was just short of 4500 by 200 naira and he told me he didnt have change for my 4500 naira. Its simply unacceptable that after my food showed up late, I payed a 1000 naira delivery fee and got nearly half the normal portion of rice , that I had to let him leave with an additional 200 naira. Its a good place for convenient Chinese food, but I would love to see a little more attention to quality and consumer service, today's order was disappointing and a change from a typically good experience.
